Introduction

Interactive Ties LLC ("Interactive Ties") follows all legal requirements to protect your privacy. We have created this privacy statement ("Statement") in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. It governs the privacy terms of our Exchange Rate Automation Service (the "Service") and the tools we provide you. Because we gather important information from our visitors and customers, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices.

Definitions

Our Privacy Policy is a legal statement that explains how we may collect information from you, how we may share your information, and how you can limit our sharing of your information. You will see terms in our Privacy Policy that have meanings as described below.

  • Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).
  • Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

  • Data Processors (or Service Providers) means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller. We may use the services of various Service Providers in order to process your data more effectively.
  • Data Subject is any living individual who is the subject of Personal Data.
  • The User is the individual using our Service. The User corresponds to the Data Subject, who is the subject of Personal Data.

Information Collection & Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Personal Data. We require customers who register to use the services & products offered on our Site (collectively, the "Service"), to give us contact information, such as their name, address, and e-mail address ("Personal Data"). Customers can update their personal information at any time by submitting a case using the Interactive Ties Service & Support site or by contacting Interactive Ties directly using one of the methods provided at the bottom of this page.

Interactive Ties uses the information that we collect to set up the Service for businesses and individuals (collectively, "Customers"). We may also use the information to contact Customers to further discuss customer interest in our company, the Service that we provide, and to send information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events. Customer e-mail addresses and any personal customer information will not be distributed or shared with third parties. Customers can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, at any time by utilizing the opt out link included in all correspondence from us. Separately, customers are also asked to provide an e-mail address when registering for the Service, in order to receive installation & user guides. We may also e-mail information regarding updates to the Service or company. Again, e-mail will not be distributed or shared and Customers can opt out of receiving any communication at the time it is distributed, or at the time any Customer registers for the Service.

Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information, we do not disclose to third parties the information provided. All information that we collect through the Service is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to provide the Service.

Usage Data. Interactive Ties may also collect certain information regarding how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our systems in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service.

Tracking & Cookies Data. Interactive Ties use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.

Interactive Ties uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify you while you are authorized. This information allows Interactive Ties to process your online transactions and requests. Session cookies help us make sure you are who you say you are after you've been authorized and are required in order to use the Service. Interactive Ties uses persistent cookies, which only Interactive Ties can read and use, to identify the fact that you are a Interactive Ties Customer or prior Interactive Ties Website visitor (whatever the case may be). We are especially careful about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies. For example, we do not store account numbers or tokens in persistent cookies. Users who disable their Web browsers' ability to accept cookies will be able to browse our Website but will not be able to successfully use our Service.

We use the collected data for various purposes:

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Policy Updates

We will update this Privacy Statement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, and other factors. If we do, we will update the "effective date" at the top. If we make a material update, we may provide you with notice prior to the update taking effect, such as by posting a conspicuous notice on our website or by contacting you directly, or where required under applicable law and feasible, seek your consent to these changes.

Additional Disclosures for California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California state residents have the rights to:

  • Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
  • Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data.
